Please note that ED AUTOMOTO LLC is not a party to any actual transaction between buyers and sellers and does not take possession of any vehicles.

2. User Accounts and Verification

To list a vehicle or access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Identity Verification: To maintain the security and integrity of our platform, we use two-factor authentication (2FA). By providing your phone number and registering, you agree to receive one-time verification codes via SMS or WhatsApp to verify your identity.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging Policy (A2P 10DLC)

In compliance with United States mobile carrier regulations, the following terms apply to our mobile communications:

  • Express Consent: By entering your mobile number on our registration or login form and clicking "Send Code," you provide express written consent to receive a one-time automated text message (SMS) or WhatsApp message from ED AUTOMOTO LLC for security verification purposes.
  • Purpose: Mobile messages are strictly transactional and are used solely for identity verification and account security.
  • Message Frequency: Messages are sent only upon your direct request (e.g., when you initiate a login or registration).
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out: Since these are one-time security passcodes, there is no recurring subscription. However, you can opt-out of any further communication by replying "STOP" to any message you receive.
  • Data Privacy: We value your privacy. Phone numbers collected for SMS verification will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Posting fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading vehicle information.
  • Using the platform for any illegal activities or in violation of state or federal laws.
  • Attempting to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website.

5. Limitation of Liability
